Mr. Rolando Caypuno is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Paris, France. He currently serves as a Finance Officer at a multinational insurance company in the Dubai International Financial Center, overseeing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Mr. Caypuno is a respected lecturer at the IGEM Philippine Middle East CPA Review Program, helping produce topnotchers in the Middle East CPA Licensure Exam. He also directs the Philippine Middle East Institute of Management, managing the Philippine CPA Review Programs.
Before moving to the UAE, he was the Dean of the School of Accountancy and Business Administration at the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao. His extensive qualifications and experience make him a notable figure in accounting and finance, shaping the future of professionals in the Middle East and beyond
