Mohaina Asira, CPA
Mohaina is a Certified Public Accountant with direct experience across bookkeeping, VAT compliance, Corporate Income Tax, and accounting system implementation for UAE SMEs. She leads every engagement at BPOAS with the belief that accounting done right means showing up, checking the source documents, and feeling every client outcome as if it were her own.
She joined BPOAS as an owner when the firm was on the edge of collapse — delayed salaries, uncollected invoices, no office. She held it together, rebuilt the structure, and built the multi-department review process that now defines how BPOAS operates. She was not handed a firm. She built one.
Her view on compliance is direct: complacency is the most expensive thing a business can afford. If you think the work is done because it’s been done, you will miss what matters. That’s why every BPOAS engagement goes through at least two sets of expert eyes — every time, without exception.
Our Departments
Accounting Department
Handles bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, month-end close, and management reporting. Works on-site with your team to verify source documents and maintain clean records throughout the year — not just at filing time.
Tax Department
Specialises in UAE VAT compliance, Corporate Income Tax, and FTA regulatory requirements. Reviews every return independently before submission. With e-invoicing mandates incoming and CIT now in force, this department carries more weight every quarter.
Systems & Implementation
Implements Zoho Books and Odoo for clients who need a compliant accounting system — and trains the team on how to use it properly. Not just the software setup. The full transition from a non-system to one that tells you what’s happening in your business.
