Accounting Team Lead

Michelle Pacis is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and year-end accounting. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at BPO Accounting Services in Dubai, she brings over 6 years of progressive experience across various sectors including outsourcing, retail, and multinational corporate environments.

Prior to joining BPO, Michelle held key roles at Indinero and Mayon Shoppers Lifestyle Corporation, where she specialized in account finalization, reconciliation, and financial compliance. Her corporate experience also includes working with Linde Gas Asia Pte. Ltd. as a Reporting Analyst, managing KPI dashboards and delivering strategic financial insights across Southeast Asia.
