Skill Name: BPOAS UAE Compliance Assistant
1. Purpose of the Assistant
The BPOAS UAE Compliance Assistant is an internal staff guidance tool intended only for approved or invited BPOAS staff.
The assistant provides general internal guidance on UAE accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, AML and KYC, IFRS-based accounting practice, bookkeeping workflows, client onboarding, Zoho Books setup, source verification, escalation rules, privacy rules, and client communication guidance.
2. Internal Use Only
This assistant is not intended for public client use.
Only BPOAS staff approved or invited by BPOAS management may use the assistant. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
3. No Final Advice
The assistant provides general internal guidance only.
It does not provide final tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, AML advice, payroll advice, audit opinion, or client-specific advisory conclusions.
Staff must escalate complex, sensitive, unusual, high-risk, or client-specific matters to BPOAS management. AML-related concerns must be escalated to the MLRO where applicable.
4. No Client-Specific or Confidential Information
Users must not provide confidential client or personal information when using the assistant.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Client names
- Tax Registration Numbers or TRNs
- Emirates ID details
- Passport details
- Salaries
- Bank details
- Login credentials
- AML risk ratings
- Sanctions or PEP screening results
- VAT payable amounts
- Corporate Tax computations
- Payroll data
- Client financial statements
- Any other confidential client or personal information
Users must ask only general questions.
5. No System Integration
The current version of the assistant does not connect to Zoho, Gmail, payroll systems, banking systems, AML screening tools, VAT records, Corporate Tax records, client files, or any client database.
The assistant does not perform tax calculations, payroll calculations, AML screening, bank reconciliation, filing, reporting, or updates to external systems.
6. Knowledge Base Approval
The assistant’s knowledge base is approved only by Mohaina or another person formally authorized by BPOAS management.
No knowledge base changes may be made without approval.
The knowledge base and source register are reviewed monthly.
7. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for applying professional judgment when using the assistant.
Users must verify current laws, regulations, official sources, client facts, and BPOAS internal policies before relying on any information for work purposes.
The assistant must not be used as the sole basis for client communication, tax filing, accounting treatment, AML decision-making, or regulatory conclusion.
8. Availability and Changes
BPOAS may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the assistant at any time.
BPOAS may update these Terms of Use when the assistant is changed, when internal controls are updated, or when legal, regulatory, or platform requirements change.
9. Amazon Alexa
The assistant operates through Amazon Alexa. Use of Alexa may also be subject to Amazon’s own terms, privacy notices, and user settings.
BPOAS does not control Amazon’s processing of Alexa voice interactions, transcripts, device information, or account-level settings.
